After a long wait, 2012 Queen of Pain Shredd Off champion Chris Ligutan and his band "
The Slice" was able to finish recording on their latest opus, "Langit", at
Vhinlex Audiowave in Taguig City last Sunday (Dec.9,2012).
It was a long and tedious process under the watchful eye (and ear) of manager Noel Ligutan and Audiowave sound engineer Jade Venzuela. Queen of Pain was there to oversee this momentous occasion and capture the event.
Though tired from the travel and performing, the other boys of "the Slice", made up of vocalist Jeffrey, bassist Kevin and drummer Jurwin, kept their spirits high through the whole process (sige Jurwin...ice cream ka pa ha...:-)).
Seeing a band like "The Slice" perform, and to be able to help, even in a little way, to further their effort in music makes our job at Queen of Pain worthwhile.
